This book was very entertaining, I did not want to put it down. You were on the edge of your seat wondering what would happen each turn of the page. Ferric writing and wonderful plot. Can't wait to read the next book.

A group of Japenese students is on a trip staying at British Heights in the Japan Alps. It is a place to learn about British culture, and the students are assigned to classes they must attend.

In another part of town the band Plastic Black Butterfly is on their way to a gig. They take a wrong turn. Since the weather is getting bad they decide to pull into a place to stay for the night.... British Heights.

During their stay they encounter issues such as sickness, an avalanche, love triangles, and a sighting of the rumored ghost, Professor Crow, the man that looked like a bird.......wait...... what was that noise? It sounded like a bear, but not a normal bear.... and what is that moving in the forest? It is hairy like a bear, but the size of a bus?

What happens to everyone? What are the "things" lurking around the property and where did they come from? Will everyone make it out alive?.....
