The novel E M P Honeymoon was written by Dorothy May Mercer. Tom Turbulo and Kelly are the two primary characters that drive the plot. They had just been married and were eager to start their honeymoon on the island in the Caribbean. But instead of being a great time for them, it became something different. Kelly was the younger sister of Senator Michael McBride, and Tom was a police sergeant. Kelly learns about a terrorist group's plot to destroy North America by unleashing an electromagnetic pulse. She reveals everything to her brother over the phone. Then, Senator McBride contacts a few of his staff members who are excellent at handling instances requiring investigation. Now Kelly, Tom, the senator, and Cynthia Patterson's team were ready to start the inquiry. Did they succeed in thwarting the rebels' plan? This book provided the solution.

This novel had investigative and romantic elements, but it also had instructional elements. The portion when it was said that the United States of America has one of the strongest militaries in the world was one of my favorites. I thought about how many safeguards their government must have put in place to make sure that their military force continues to be unmatched. This story's storyline progression was really intriguing and well-planned. Everything that happened was exciting and thought-provoking. Finding terrorists takes more than a moment's notice; it requires careful preparation, a collaborative effort, and thorough study. Before Kelly, Tom, Cynthia, and her covert team of detectives had any idea of the rebels' movements, they had to do a lot of research.

I like how attentively the island where Kelly and Tom stayed for their honeymoon was portrayed; it revealed how beautiful the island's beaches were. It increased my awe of the splendor of nature. I also adored Cynthia's personality; she had a wonderful affection for her mother and mother-in-law, since the book said that she intended to purchase them fantastic gifts.

There was nothing about this book that I disliked. I gave this book a score of 5 out of 5 stars  since I could find nothing to fault it with. It was well edited, as shown by the fact that I did not find any grammatical errors. The plot was not unclear; rather, it was described in simple language, which helped me fully comprehend the topic.

I suggest it to everyone who enjoys reading mysteries and romances, to those who want to work in the criminal investigation field someday, and to those who are now employed in a variety of government or private investigation departments since they will all find the information in this book to be extremely useful.
