Wack City is a book by Miko Montgomery. The book contains some tales of Las Vegas city. Jill, a writer and producer at a film production company, met Reuben by chance. Jill felt underappreciated, and sought to get her big break. She received a message from her astrologer saying she was going to hit a jackpot that weekend. She was soon on her way to the city of Las Vegas. Her departure, flight, and arrival were not as she expected. Due to an unusual turn of events, Reuben ended up as her chauffeur, and both immediately clicked. As Reuben gave Jill some sort of orientation about the city, Jill too wasted no time in feeding him with the latest issues concerning her. Thinking he could be the 'jackpot' for Jill, Reuben decided to narrate some stories about Las Vegas. These stories are completely Reuben's work which he shared with Jill to seek her opinion. However, Jill had other plans. What could this plan be? Did Jill later hit the said jackpot?

I thoroughly enjoyed Wack City. The tales in the book kept me glued to the end. The narration from the author is so vivid that one could easily picture the scenarios. I like the writing style employed by the author. I must commend the incredible job the author did in developing the plot. The author did a great work of linking the tales together in a single book. I enjoyed the action, suspense, and unpredictability of the book. The little details about Las Vegas also give a little peep into the general life and ambiance of the city.

I found some things which I disliked when reading Wack City. The book should have been separated into different chapters instead of using mere headings. This would have given the book a good organization. Also, the slow start of the book was unappealing. One has to dive deeper before reaching the exciting parts.

I will rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. The book was exceptionally edited as I couldn't find any errors while reading. Also, the plot of the book was perfect, and well-developed. The actions and details in the book are well-described. The words used by the author are clear, which makes the book flow easily.

I would recommend Wack City to lovers of horror stories and crime fiction. The book is also suitable for people who would like to know some things about Las Vegas.
