Dorothy May Mercer's books are always interesting and captivating. This book, E M P Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer, is another interesting story about the selfless acts of two couples, Tom and Kelly. They chose to save their country from terrorist attacks during their honeymoon.

Kelly and Tom Turbulo were newlyweds. Tom is a Carson City police sergeant. These newlywed couples went on a honeymoon on a Caribbean island that is in Honduras. During their honeymoon, Kelly opted to take an excursion bus around the island to stroll through some shops and local ventures. During the excursion, Kelly discovered a gift shop called La Pocilga; she had no idea it concealed a strange high-tech lab. She stepped into the shop thinking that she might find the perfect piggy gifts for her nephews and nieces, her mom, and her mother-in-law. Unfortunately for Kelly, she found herself in a room that was marked "Danger keep out, employees only''. Inside the room, she discovered a jaw-dropping secret: the room was covered with computers and huge monitors and screens displaying maps of the USA and Canada. She found out that her discovery was the North American power grid. Going forward, Kelly and her husband Tom discovered that the secret room Kelly found belonged to a terrorist group that was plotting an attack on the United States and Canada. Kelly and Tom, with the help of others like Mike and Steve, went ahead to find out more and try to stop this terrorist group. Will they succeed in stopping this terrorist attack, or will they fail? As a lover of physics, I enjoyed reading this book. I liked the book because it was engaging and full of interesting events. Another thing I enjoyed in this book was the live interview with Dr. Kinney. I rate this book five out of five stars. No errors were found in this book.

I found nothing to dislike in this book, though some scientific terms might be hard for some people to understand.

I recommend this book to people who like romance novels and also to people who are interested in physics, especially nuclear physics.
