Review of E M P Honeymoon
E M P Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer is an interesting piece of fiction that falls within the crime thriller category. In her suspenseful novel, E M P Honeymoon, Dorothy May Mercer looks into terrorism, space exploration, and a North Korean plot to set off a mini-atomic bomb in the United States. The majority of electrical equipment and gadgets using electricity in the US would be destroyed by an electro-magnetic pulse (EMP) caused by this. This book also depicts aspects like science, conspiracy, war, technology, teamwork, love, and friendships.
The story of E M P Honeymoon opens with newlyweds Tom and Kelly visiting a Honduran island resort for their honeymoon. This not-on-duty New Mixco policeman and his wife's trip swiftly transforms into an unintentional finding of a terrorist attack directed at the United States. The pair quickly gives up their honeymoon and joins the squad fighting the terrorists. Backed up by two nonpartisan female security personnel, an official from the CIA who serves as a humorous distraction, and others. In attempts to hinder this terrorist assault, the recently established American Space Force, the US squad in Honduras, and other governmental organizations collaborate. To find out how this story comes to an end, read E M P Honeymoon.
The book's lightning speed delighted me. As part of the plan, I really appreciated finding out about solar flares and electromagnetic pulses. The scenes in which the novel was set were effectively expressed by the writer of the book. Moreover, I learned a lot pertaining to cybersecurity from this novel, specifically about a country. The book is interesting as well as informative all around.
I have no issues with this book. The exciting plot, the method for the inquiry, and the explications of the nuclear weapons and missiles were what I found to be most interesting. No errors were discovered. It shows that the book was properly edited.
Seeing as it captured my focus from the start to the conclusion, I personally give this book 5 out of 5 stars. The book moves along at a rapid pace, is full of action, and is out of the ordinary. Avoiding hurrying along or leaving virtually anything free-form, they move on. Anyone who likes stories of fascination and curiosity should definitely read this riveting criminal thriller. People who really enjoy cybersecurity and science may also find this book captivating.
