Review of E M P Honeymoon
The intriguing story E M P Honeymoon: Kelly & Tom by Dorothy May Mercer is full of excitement and real-world scenarios. It discusses how technology affects people's life, society, and national security. The novel explores the concepts of terrorism,
technology, patriotism, space exploration, and cooperation.Following their wedding, Kelly and Tom Turbulo travel to a Caribbean island in Honduras for their honeymoon. Kelly goes shopping on one of Tom's excursions until she learns in one of the gift stores she visits about a terrible plot on the North American electrical system and she starts to get concernd. She tries to escape, but they keep after her. On the other side, some soldiers underwent intensive training and physical alterations before embarking on a covert mission to terrorize the United States while posing as tourists. Will they be prosperous? The United States of America: Will it die? Will their society be able to survive?
The first thing I liked about E M P Honeymoon was how the author organized the story. I was glad to find out that Dorothy May Mercer deviated from the norm of providing chapters for books or her stories. Instead, she focused on arranging it like you would see a drama piece. Secondly, I enjoyed the flowery language and the light jabs the characters threw at each other. Seeing how they could make light of a horrible situation made me appreciate the story more. The third thing I liked, and the most important element in this book for me, is the main storyline
The way the author structured the story was the first aspect of E M P Honeymoon that I found appealing. I was happy to learn that Dorothy May Mercer did not follow the standard practice of dividing her novels or stories into chapters. She instead concentrated on setting it up like you might see a theater piece. Second, I liked how the characters poked fun at each other with flowery words. I was able to appreciate the story better because of how they were able to make light of a terrible circumstance. The primary plotline of the novel is the third item I appreciated and, in my opinion, its most crucial component.
Since I am unable to say anything bad about this book, I believe a fair rating of 5 out of 5 stars is the best I can give it. I am eagerly anticipating reading more works by Dorothy May Mercer. I've previously explained why I gave the rating above. In closing, I suggest readers who enjoy stories about people trying to save their nations read E M P Honeymoon, an action-packed book. Readers would likely love the narrative because it was well-told by Dorothy May Mercer. there was no error detected when reading this book.
