You run the danger of your honeymoon being unpredictable when you are married to a police officer and your brother is a senator. That's what happened to Kelly, who was having a wonderful honeymoon with her husband Tom in Honduras when she found something that might fundamentally alter the course of her country.

She will need to enlist a colorful and diverse group of allies to help her uncover this hidden danger. The wide variety of characters in Dorothy May Mercer's E M P Honeymoon is my favorite feature.

The turns each chapter takes are one of Mercer's greatest strengths; they keep me interested in the outcome of the story. I wished to finish the book as soon as possible, but I had a limited amount of time. This book tends to appeal to science-fiction readers because of its pleasant plot.

I like Steve's appearance, the well-developed persona is a plus. Who was Steve supposed to assist, though? I found myself reading more intently to keep up with Steve's scenario because the author gave him a comedic personality. However, during one of their chats, Steve and Sky confused me a little bit. Steve was performing the "lifting of an object," but Sky was the intended recipient. However, I feel forced to advise the reader to enter the book with expectations in mind.

It is not a comprehensive explanation of terrorism, cultural concerns, or societal problems, and I don't believe that was the intention. With so many characters, it would be practically impossible for the character development to stand out, yet I would have liked more depth in the key characters. That is the only dislike I have about this book. If you go into this book with the appropriate mindset, I believe it is designed to be a humorous adventure that highlights potential new threats. I found no errors in this book, indicating it was well-edited. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to lovers of drama, action, and romance.
