Wack City is a captivating story about Las Vegas by Miko Montgomery. This book appears to me as a horror book because I was terribly afraid as I was approaching the end of the narrative. This book presents Las Vegas as a supernatural place where everything is possible. The storyline opens with a film producer who left his manager because of how a magazine concerning a particular show of theirs was portrayed.

The film producer leaves L.A. for Las Vegas, and when she arrives, she finds herself in a limo in the absence of a cab. The limo driver talked a while with her before taking her into horror stories depicting possible things that could happen in Las Vegas. After telling her a bunch of horror stories, the driver, who appears to be a serpentine creature, devoured the film producer, and that's it.

I like many things about this book. I was terrified as I read this book. It was along this line that I went back to check the name of this book. The storyline was captivating. Reading this book kept me in my seat for a long time. Even though I was terrified, I still wanted to finish. In a way, I believe this book is educational for the following reasons: Following the introduction of this book, the author appears to have had certain knowledge of Las Vegas both by experience and by interviewing fellow inhabitants. So, I believe his knowledge of Las Vegas made him put this work together to give everyone hoping to come there one day an insight into what to look out for. My vocabulary increased along the way because I learned new words. I like the author's writing style because that was what kept me engrossed in the narrative, though I was afraid.

I don't dislike anything about this book. The title of the book and the content are just so coherent. This is one thing I appreciate the author for. I didn't notice any errors while reading this book, which shows that it was exceptionally well-edited.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars for the reasons I mentioned above. I recommend this book to people living in Las Vegas and to everyone who hopes to live there one day.
