There are some people on Earth whose sole aim is to carefully plan and carry out destruction on other humans. That should be another major reason for the creation of an organization whose goal is to prevent and fight off the plans of the former.

It all started when the newlyweds Kelly and Tom decided to go their separate ways for a short time during their honeymoon. Kelly actually went to get gifts for her family when she encountered and saw something that she shouldn’t have. This puts her life at risk and makes her wanted by bad people. Fortunately, Kelly was fast enough to request help from my brother, Senator McBride. The latter swung into action and sent Cynthia and her team as reinforcements. What did Kelly see? Who is Kelly wanted by? Is Kelly the only person at risk? Read this book to find out.

E M P Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer is a book with an amazing plot. The author dives right into the story, and other events become an effect of the first. Although the book seems like a continuation of another, it can be read and well understood as a standalone.

Speaking about the characters, I must say that the manner in which most of them developed was amazing. By the end of the story, most of them have gone through a complete metamorphosis, especially Sharon and Steven who grew from enemies to lovers. I also really loved how the team united to solve the kids together and I enjoy the occasional banter. It gave the book humour in some parts. For example, the moment Cynthia used sarcasm as she reported to the head of the CIA that her girls caught one of their agents.

There was nothing to dislike about this book. The book gives us a clue of what happens in the enemy’s camp through Dear Leader, such as how the leader will always use and dump people for their own greed. Through this, readers get to learn the dangers of joining such an organisation. The book was also exceptionally well edited as I found no error while reading. I rate this book five out of five stars for its engaging storyline and educative plot. The book includes lots of information that will interest lovers of pure science.

I recommend this book to lovers of crime and investigation thrillers and also of adventures.

I think the terrorists in this book were too lame. To think that they thought they were a match enough for America to terrorize them was just too funny. I knew from the start that they'd be caught.

What an amazing thriller sci-fiction book. I loved it that both the terrorist and protagonist's abilities were not too overrated or underrated

You know I saw a meme that said "Hell is empty, the real demons are here" and I believe it. Someone will just be living their life innocently and with just a little mishap, their head is on the platter. It is really so sad the world we live in today.

I still don't understand why Kelly and Tom would decide to go different ways on their honeymoon. But in the end I'm glad they did, as it enabled them unveil a deadly terrorist group hideout.

"E M P Honeymoon" by Dorothy May Mercer seems like a thrilling read with a blend of suspense and character development. The plot, centered around Kelly's dangerous encounter and the subsequent rescue mission led by Cynthia and her team, sounds engaging and action-packed. The fact that it can be enjoyed as a standalone while offering rich character growth, especially with Sharon and Steven’s evolving relationship, adds to its appeal. The humor injected through the characters' banter, like Cynthia's sarcasm, likely adds a nice touch to the suspenseful narrative. If you enjoy stories with a mix of intrigue, action, and well-developed characters, this book might be worth checking out.

It’s an intriguing twist that their decision led to such a significant discovery. The separation adds an extra layer of suspense and allows for deeper exploration of the characters’ individual strengths. It’s great to hear that their unique paths ultimately contributed to uncovering a major threat.

It’s a powerful statement. The idea that the most challenging and troubling aspects of our lives often come from the people around us rather than abstract concepts can be quite sobering. It underscores the importance of empathy, kindness, and understanding in our interactions with others.
