Kelly and Tom embarked on their honeymoon in Honduras as newlyweds. During their recreational tour around a resort, Kelly stumbled upon a group of pursuers, as she's seen as an intruder who would expose their ominous activities covered up by the facade of a gift shop. Precisely, an innocuous-looking shop concealed a group of Korean terrorists with plans to launch a ballistic missile in North America. Although she became entangled, Kelly managed to slip away and promptly contacted her brother, Senator Mike McBride, who enlisted the assistance of Director Joseph.

E M P Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer is an action-packed fiction story chronicling the investigative saga and fight for rescue by a group of brave personalities—Kelly, Tom, Agatha, Sharon, and a CIA agent—against the ominous schemes of some Korean terrorists in North America.

The book hooks readers from the start with action scenes that set the pace for a thrilling and engaging reading experience. And there are no unnecessary fillers. The author's ability to balance momentum with meaningful details keeps the narrative immersive.

Furthermore, the realistic touch is evident in the scene of the First Lady facing scrutiny over her outfit and weight gain while the President gives speeches. This not only adds depth to the characters but also mirrors the usual experiences of public figures when spotted in public places. This narrative choice enhances the storytelling, making it not only entertaining but also of relatable quality.

The book is educational, offering insights into the potential impacts of a solar flare and electromagnetic pulse. Additionally, it provides informative input about coastal features such as beaches, bays, and coral reefs.

In terms of literary craftsmanship, the book stands out with professional editing, with only two major errors found. The writing adeptly conveys the thrilling and entertaining aspects of the story, leaving me with nothing to dislike in the book. So, I'll be rating the book 5 out of 5 stars.

The book particularly resonates with enthusiasts of action-packed scenes and fast-paced narratives, with a subtle infusion of romance. The seamless integration of these elements contributes to its broad appeal, ensuring a satisfying reading experience for a diverse audience.

An action boon with the ability to educate readers is a great piece. The sounds like an engaging read as the plot involved the uncertainties faced by the major characters, Kelly and Tom, as they take on the sudden assignment.

I was already loving the book from the summary you provided. The protagonists' prompt attempt to leave their honeymoon and take up external mission is fascinating, and it serves as an engaging feature in the book.

Your description of the book present the book as all interesting one, even from the start. I hope the couple could plan their honeymoon some other time after probably able to successfully thwart the plan of the terrorists.
