Hattie is always accompanied by her driver, Bertram, and hates her assigned pink love room. During her sessions, she communicates with her nephew, Gerald. As the story progresses, Mr. Harrington enters the house. Vamdella tasks Gerald with traveling to New York to find out about his aunt's life and whether Mrs. Harrington was behind the death of Mr. Harrington. Will Gerald be able to find out his aunt's past life or deviate from his path? What connection did Hattie and Reginald have? Who was behind the murders, and what was the motive?
