This book EMP Honeymoon: Kelly and Tom by Dorothy May Mercer is an action-packed thriller. The story revolves around Kelly McBride and Sgt. Tom Turbulo of the Carson City PD, who are on their honeymoon on a Caribbean resort island.

Their honeymoon turns dangerous when Kelly stumbles upon a mysterious revelation at a gift shop. This leads them to uncover a deadly plot against the United States. The couple gets entangled in a global conspiracy to wipe out North America. They must find a way to impede this dangerous plan and prevent its catastrophic consequences.

The book is filled with thrilling scenes, suspenseful cliffhangers, and scintillating dialogue. It also explores the devastating impact of a nuclear electromagnetic pulse. The author, Dorothy May Mercer, skillfully brings forth genuine, relatable characters, and the disrupted honeymoon leads to a high-stakes battle.

The writing style of Dorothy May Mercer is unique with the characters which the readers love to see and the story style is captivating which made me recommend it to everyone. The author Dorothy is very skillful and uses genuine and relatable characters in the story.

The book also introduces the concept of ‘What if the power goes out?’ and explores the topic of solar flares, especially the Carrington Flare. This novel is part of the McBride series and is known for its engaging action, clever humor, and enchanting storytelling. It’s a page-turner with twists, spinning faster and faster to a surprise ending.

Dorothy May Mercer is a master of her art and her storytelling skills are proof of it. The story is perfect without any improvement required. There were no grammatical or spelling errors. There were some profanity and erotic scenes. I would like to give a 5 out of 5 score for such an action-packed thrilling, suspenseful story.

Thank you.
