The characters are well-developed, adding depth to the narrative. I particularly enjoyed the character of Ron, a young and enthusiastic rookie determined to find evidence and solve the case. His bravery and romantic nature, especially his instant infatuation with the girl with blue eyes, add a charming dimension to the story. Ron's empathy for Heather's plight is also touching and well-portrayed.

However, the book is marred by numerous typos and errors, indicating a need for professional editing. Despite these issues, I thoroughly enjoyed the book and commend the author for creating such a mysterious and engaging plot.

I rate "Secret On Cobb Mountain" 4 out of 5 stars, deducting one star due to the editing issues. I found nothing else to criticize in the book. It is an enthralling read that I thoroughly enjoyed.
