In "E M P Honeymoon," Dorothy May Mercer takes us on an exciting adventure that goes beyond typical romance novels. The story presents the journey of recently married Tom Turbulo, a sergeant in the CCPD, and his spouse, Kelly, as their romantic honeymoon at a scenic resort in Honduras turns into a dangerous adventure.

Kelly's romantic getaway takes a thrilling turn as she discovers a secret computer lab hidden behind a tiny Pigsty gift shop called La Pocilga. The discovery of this evil scheme places both her and Tom at risk of a terrorist plot threatening the United States. Assisted by CIA Special Agent Steve Spalding and two strong bodyguards named Sharon and Agatha, the couple goes on a dangerous mission to uncover the truth about the shipping container and the lab, putting their lives in danger to prevent a catastrophic attack.

Mercer skillfully combines fast-paced action, humor, and romance elements into the story. Tom and Kelly's relationship is beautifully depicted, showing their strong partnership and mutual determination. The developing bond between Sharon and Steve, which started with mistrust but turned into friendship, provides an interesting side story to the main plot.

Mercer did an excellent job portraying Kelly. With her expertise in computer science and homeland security, as well as her martial arts skills, she is a strong and creative main character. Also, the portrayal of the antagonist, Colonel Rhee Su-Jin, was tasked with leading a critical terrorist attack against the United States, adding depth and tension to the story. Moreover, the book is expertly organized and professionally proofread without any grammar errors.

In conclusion, "E M P Honeymoon" by Dorothy May Mercer is an exciting read. This book gets a full five out of five stars for its well-paced story with a thrilling mix of action, suspense, and romance. Also, there are no negative points to mention.

If you are a fan of action, romance, and espionage, then check out this book. It keeps you on the edge of your seat.
