In Soul Seeker, Kaylin McFarren constructs a literary plot where mortal and immortal dimensions co-exist in harmony and with plausible interconnections. The preliminary narrative revolves around Poe Benjamin, who has lost his loved one and consequently was punished for a crime he did not commit. Still, the story reveals an even greater truth beyond human comprehension. The plot then transcends into the realm of cosmic conflict with Lucifer and demons, angels, and prophecies. Over the course of the central chapters, the characters meet fate, form intimate connections, try themselves in the role of heroes, and reveal important secrets, all of which are set against the basic human values and the constant battle of the forces of light and the dark. If you would like a complicated plot with well-developed characters and a beautiful, fully realized world of fantasy with a great mix of human feelings embedded in it, ‘Soul Seeker’ is a book for you!

Crighton, a character of remarkable depth, steals the spotlight in this captivating novel. His transformative journey from demonic entity to angelic being is what I loved the most about this book. As Crighton navigates the treacherous landscape of his own soul, his internal struggles and ultimate triumphs make for a compelling narrative that inspires and uplifts. His relationships with others, particularly his parents and Ariel, serve as a serious reminder of the unbreakable bonds of family, loyalty, and sacrifice. The author's skillful craftsmanship and meticulous editing have resulted in a flawless and engaging read, leaving this reviewer thoroughly impressed and eager for more. I found no drawbacks at all in this book.

I'm awarding this book a well-deserved 5 out of 5-star rating, and it's all thanks to the phenomenal growth of Crighton's character. His journey from a troubled, demon-haunted soul to a fearless and inspiring leader is truly breathtaking, making this novel an unforgettable read. If you're drawn to supernatural tales that transport you to new realms and ignite your imagination, this book is an absolute must-read.
