1 by Chandra Preethi is a fictional story inspired by the life and times of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The author puts across several topics, such as betrayal, love, friendship, and the price of seeking justice.ย

Sushil and his girlfriend Raksha take off to attend a birthday party for Rukta. At the party Sushil meets his former manager, Usha, and Usha's fiancรฉ, Sohan. As the party turns crazy, Sushil feels offended upon realizing that it was a drug party. Sushil then returns home.ย

The story takes a turn when Usha comes in contact with a Nepali girl who was tied up with her mouth confined. Usha thinks of a way out to save the girl and resorts to calling Sushil to help. Sushil arrives in time and helps rescue the girl, hands her over to the police, and asks Usha to go home.ย

Sushil, however, is determined to have the Mumbai Police Department pursue the girl's case and apprehend the culprits who were behind her kidnapping. The remainder of the events are better experienced firsthand. What will happen to Usha and the Nepali girl? Will Sushil manage to get justice for the Nepali girl? What will happen to the rest of the members of the BWOOD squad? Wait no more! Grab a copy of this book to find out the answers.

This is a captivating story. The story holds the readers' attention from the beginning to the end. The story flows smoothly throughout. The chapters are brief, giving the reader an easy time to follow up on the story from one scene to the other. Chandra Preethi explicitly molded the characters to bring out the themes of love, betrayal, justice, and friendship through the characters herein.ย

I didn't dislike any part of this book. The author uses a simple language that can be understood by all readers.ย

I give this book ๐Ÿ“ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ“ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฌ. The book was professionally edited. I singled out only one typographical error. I recommend it to readers who love fictional stories.

The rhetorical questions are piquing my curiosity, as it appears there is more to the kidnapping. Indeed, the big question is whether justice will be served eventually and the price to be paid. Thanks for the informative review, @Amos Osinya.

The story begins with Sushil and his girlfriend, Raksha, attending a birthday party for Rukta. Things take a turn when Sushil, offended by the discovery that itโ€™s a drug-fueled gathering, decides to leave. The plot intensifies as Ushaโ€”Sushilโ€™s former managerโ€”comes across a young Nepali girl who has been tied up and silenced. Disturbed, Usha reaches out to Sushil for help. He arrives promptly, rescues the girl, and involves the police, urging them to investigate thoroughly.

"The Diary of an Actorโ€”Part 1" by Chandra Preethi is a gripping fiction inspired by Sushant Singh Rajputโ€™s life. It dives into love, betrayal, and justice, as Sushil risks everything to rescue a kidnapped girl and expose dark secrets in Bollywood. A bold, emotional read. Congratulations on being BOTD!

Big ups to this reviewer. This is a well written review. He captures the intensity of the book and fills one with curiosity to know what happened to the Nepali girl. Only way to find out if Sushil finds justice for the girl is to read the book.

I'm far from an expert on Bollywood, so I didn't know Sushant Singh Rajput and his story. I'm curious to see how much of this book is a report of actual facts and how much is fictional. Certainly, it seems like an engaging thriller set in the Indian movie industry. Thank you for your great review!

This review gave a good summary of the story. Itโ€™s interesting how the book mixes real-life inspiration with fiction, especially around tough topics like justice and betrayal. I like that the story stays engaging with short chapters and simple language. Sounds like a strong start to the series.

I was already intrigued by the synosis provided on Amazon but after reading this indepth analysis and the question provided I am deinitely reading the book this weekend in fact.

I like that the synopsis given by Amos Osinyi make me want to dive in expecially since this culture related with a crime aspect.

And I will be leaving a review.

The review was sequential in laying out the plot of companionship, kidnapping, crime , police and follow up to case resolution. The book has a much crowded environment for the venue in Mumbai. The review seems to have touched the core of the story plot and leaves enough to explore in the reading. This is interesting to discover the unfolding of the events experienced in the life of the actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
We do not have problems only solutions waiting to be discovered.

At first glance, I was intrigued by the title and downloaded the book. The beginning began very good and immediately it pulled me in. I really liked the interaction between Sushi and Raksha because it shows their love for each other. It is clear they really knew each other well and I couldn't help but visualize their faces. As Raksha sternly prodded Sushi for info on what he is doing, it is apparent why Raksha is upset and quickly takes control to keep them from missing out on going to her friend's party. Sushi has thoughts of improving himself, but it's obvious this was not a good time and is the reason Raksha misinterpreted his explanation. Overall, "The diary of an actor - Part I is an interesting book and I will continue reading it. I barely read a few pages and can't wait to see how the story unfolds!

I havenโ€™t read it yet, but I know it is a book I will enjoy. This book undoubtedly offers a raw, behind-the-scenes look at a world we usually only see on the surface. Iโ€™m eager to dive into see how the story unfolds. It's definitely going on my reading list.
