I did some research on my own and major events like the 1st March Protest along with other facts like Shanghai and Manchuria being places of importance in China for Korea at the time are all accurate. This is one of the important reasons I found the book to be interesting. It gave quite an insight into the daily lives of Koreans during Japanese colonization.
