I personally enjoyed reading this classic novel. At some points it was difficult to understand Austen's choice of words but that also added a different beauty to the novel.. Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy's civilized and yet witty banter was something I enjoyed the most in the novel..

I love love love Pride and Prejudice. I love the Bennetts. Especially Eliza. She’s fierce, and lovely. I’ve re-read it a couple of times, and I’d still fall in love every single time like I haven’t read it before.

In Romania, the classics are still an exam topic, so any English teacher simply has to know them well. I used to be a fan of Jane Austen especially for her unusual life choice, not only for her work. I always advise my schoolgirls to read at least Pride and Prejudice, if not other novels by this special author.

This novel was in my syllabus when I was in College. I read it then and even after that. It's a little tough, though. But I hope that's the thing that make this book more fascinating. I know you will love it too

Good luck! This was my first official classic. I have to admit that on my first read I had to listen to an audio book. I absolutely loved it! Then every other time I’ve read it I have picked up the physical book. Transitioning to classics is a big move since the writing style and prose is so different. But it really does broaden your mind as a reader.

Pride and Prejudice is always one of my go to classic novels. I've read it a lot of times and I never got tired. I still kept falling in love with Mr. Darcy and kept getting amazed with the Bennets.

I loved reading Pride & Prejudice. It seems predictable at times. But it just fills with anticipation as one proceeds. Vocabulary, as with other classic books may not seem 'agreeable', but I think that's what makes them different from contemporary novels.

Pride and Prejudice is one of my favourite classic novels. I watched the movie at first. I was very impressed with the story and decided to read it. As far as my knowledge goes it is one of the classics that has an easily understandable language used.

It is one of my favorite classic books . #Pride and Prejudice

#JaneAusten

Pride and #Prejudice is a major novel in the history of English literature. The novel portrays individuals negotiating personal needs with external social demands and internalized moral codes using manners to control or mask inevitable egoism. A bunch of characters with various human weaknesses and faults propels the exciting story of the novel going. Austen’s #novel continues to be popular even today not only because of its memorable characters and the general appeal of the story but also because of the skill with which it is told. The novel is an excellent display of Austen’s masterful use of #irony, dialogue, and realism that support the character development and heighten the experience of reading the novel.

The things that happen in Pride and Prejudice happen to nearly all readers- embarrassment at the foolishness of relatives, the unsteady feelings of falling in love, and the chagrin of suddenly realizing a big mistake. The psychological realism of the novel is revealed in the quick recognition we have of how the key characters feel.

pride and prejudice is my favorite book of all times, the pride that Mr Darcy has is untouchable, and the prejudice that Elizabeth has on him is undeniable, this book is a master piece, the argument they had when he declared his feeling to her is one for the ages, however, the saying;you must not judge a book by its cover definetly applies on Mr Darcy, such a kind thoughtful man.

Pride and prejudice is such a comfort book for me. Its style is very relaxing and the setting is kind of chilled, but still a lot happens romantically and annoyingly. Love it.
