Now I want to read this book again! When I read Jane Austen it is easy for me to fantasize about being part of that era. When you stop to think about the implications of that you realize just how much a woman with today's standards will stand out in the society back then.

Society really has changed a lot in some aspects when you compare.

I find that Pride and Prejudice is still very relevant these days. I've just realized how much I can relate to Elizabeth, often surrounded by pure silliness and shallowness, but then because of that given to prejudice. I'd always understood the "pride" part of the title, but now I'm seeing what the "prejudice" begins to mean.

Oh the joy of reading an amazing book for the first time in your life. Nothing compares to that. If there were a way of deleting memories, that's how I would use it.

Honestly Jane Austen was one of my favorite author in time I've already read some of her books and Pride and Prejudice was the memorable one I've already watch the movie of this Pride and Prejudice. Its a kind epic love story but this book educe the meaning of pride and predudice the ms. Jane Austen want to know...

I like how in Pride and Prejudice you see two people overcome weaknesses so they can find happiness. It helps me know how I should live my life and treat others.

It’s honestly one of my favourites and the language used eventually becomes second nature the further into the book you get. I even find while I’m reading it my own language that I use changes to become similar to it.

It's one of those books I could read once a year, if I had the time. Elizabeth is funny and Jane is absolutely charming, but there's so much more to it than that when you get down into the themes of the book, like the issue of primogenitor and class conflicts.

I read this book in high school and Loved it! I bought a copy at a book sale and have been meaning to reread it. The character development is just beautiful and so very relate-able.

this is only of my all time favorite book just when I had thought that their father would have a heart attack when he found out the his baby girl was going with a guy not of class and didn't have a wealthy family would disagreed with her marrying him but I wonder if he had been a prince or knight would they welcome him in the family but I see this all the time know how families don't want certain colors of people marrying into their families it can be consider as racist it makes my feel bad for the Bennett's sisters that they always had to married men who their parents choose for them which still goes on today and that they never get to choose a suitors for love not money.

Pride and Prejudice makes me feel cosy. It is a romance and a caricature of England during the 19th century.

I love Pride and Prejudice, Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy are strong lovable character that I will never forgot. This story was fanstastique. Even the adaptation was fabulous. If you didn't get the chance to read or watch this book, then hurry up, and grab this book anywhere you can. I'll recommend any book by Jane Austen for she is a great author. Enjoy the reading!!
