The concept of the try this section was a very exciting discovery in the book as i felt it would consolidate the learnings. However, It was too biblical for me and did not sit well. The book then seemed confusing as i became torn between walking and drawing close to God and practicing self development. The author can take our helpful review and do a second edition as the book has prospects and can help transform lives.

I greatly like it when authors of self-help books include exercise portions to aid readers in applying the concepts of the books to their everyday life. Although I enjoyed several of the "Try This," I was unable to complete a number of them because of the religious content.

I think it was a brilliant idea to include a "Try This" section, and many people find it quite helpful as they read through the book. Some of the advice may be more difficult for readers who aren't religious to put into practice, though.

I think the inclusion of a Try This section was a great idea and for many, it is very useful to work through the book with. However, readers who are not religious may find some of the suggestions harder to apply to their life.
