Being accountable for your progress can be best achieved by getting a coach or a mentor.

What I like most about the book is author advises the reader to have a clear mindset and plan when making a big decision or a big career change . This is exactly the case as we need to have a clear plan with step by step progress. One should not make a change just because he does have a big dream or want to move away from whatever his current life or career aspirations.

You have to keep the fire of desire to keep you from drowning in ashes of your dreams, so keep the fire burning and in order to do that, you have to surpass and let go of the negative forces that dulls your spark, be mindful of the energy that pulls you down and get your grip to the energy that inspires your soul in aspirations.
There are many good tips in this book. I particularly liked where the author suggested setting aside time for relaxation in one's schedule as well as completing three major tasks each day.

One important lesson from this book is that we must have coaches or mentors when pursuing our dreams or ambition in life.

I learnt that the best way to lead people is by doing what you want them to do not just telling them what to do

My favorite quote was "Resilience and mental fortitude are needed." I think what I learned about this book is that you need to keep going. The fact that you continue pursuing your goals despite the adversities is what will help you achieve your dreams.

Pay attention to the beat of your fantasies. Be watchful of the energy that drags you down, and grasp the energy that inspires your spirit in ambitions. Hire a mentor who will constantly push you to achieve greater heights and will help you get up every time you fall down. These are some of the things i really liked as far as this book is concerned.

Learning how to distinguish general purpose (the what) from personal or individual purpose (the how) is important in narrowing down what you have to do contribute to the world through your unique gift sets.

For me, it's to learn how to use social media, courage to take risks, and self-knowledge and how to achieve your goal. That it!

You should not measure your type of success with other people. Someone could be a doctor and the other could be a gym teacher, and both of them could be just as proud of themselves.

Fear limits our dream. Having understood this I can bodily tell those who fear are still keeping them in a dark corner to deal with it.
