We all have distinctive qualities, in my opinion. Positive imitation is not wrong, but it can also take our attention away from what we should be doing. That is stressed by the concepts in this book.

Most people are copycats, that I can agree with. However, I don't believe that everyone is. The trendsetters in this world are unique and do not copy anyone.

I agree to some extent because I find out most people tend to copy what others are doing because they find out they are successful in that area, so they end up thinking the same success will apply to them if they do what others did, which I think is wrong.

I totally agree with the author. Most people are more focused on other peoples success rather than focusing on their dreams.

I agree. People tend to look at how others are doing in life. How we dress, our schooling, our homes, cars...all are based on how we feel we should be. And that is based on how others live.

I would say there is a difference between copycat and following blindly. This is because sometimes we fast track our dreams when we follow people. An example were the disciples of Jesus everyone wanted to copy him through that they were able to discover their unique capacity.

I won't say it is heretic but the author used biblical themes that many atheists may not admire or love
This made it best for people on a particular religion
It was great reading the book though

So I agree

Psychology has showed that most people operate in 'autopilot' mode. That explains why people subconsciously do things repeatedly while expecting different results.

In general, I concur with this. I observe neighbors attempting to imitate the upscale new car or lawn next door. I notice that many people strive to be as successful as their friends or family members.

I agree to the assertion that we are copy cats as in most typical setting people always try to imitate or replicate what works rather than find their own patterns. However, in the world today people, especially the younger generations are now able to self identify with their uniqueness and try to project their passions rather than do what the leaders do. Initiative and creativity now rocks the world and we are beginning to see a gradual deviation from copycatting to identifying what works for each individuals.

I concur. I believe it is human nature to admire successful people and aspire to be like them. As a result, we often try to imitate them in order to achieve the same level of success. However, everyone possesses a special quality, so we shouldn't always imitate others but rather occasionally experiment with our own approaches.

I have to concede that most individuals are copycats; after observing another person act or behave in a certain way, they have a strong want to imitate that behavior. I've seen a lot of people spend a lot of money on shoes they hardly ever wear just because "so and so wore them" or "they were in fashion." I don't understand why anyone would excuse such.

I barely agree but I would say other works triggers most people especially if the person being emulated from has attain to a successful story.
