I don't think there is a "right" way to pray. What may seem right for one person may be too unpleasant for another one. What really matters is the faith and the person feeling good about their religion. Regardless of what religion it is.

I think it depends on the doctrines of your faith, and your experience with God. I would do all, hard as it may seem to others, because in faith, there is discipline. It cancels out a lazy religious attitude to God, and aids better study of the Bible. When you memorize prayers and scriptures, it becomes a part of you. It is never far from your mind, and is very easy to exercise your belief through those prayers more readily and quickly.

I think everyone has their own way to pray to god, so I think it's fine as long as everyone praying to the same god about their wishes and everything else.

I think it depends on the circumstances of the case or mood of the person. For me, prayer walking works best with me.

As I understand this, prayer is a tool for practicing mindfulness and presence in each moment. I am not going to implement the prayers Jeff recommends since I have other methods to structure my day. However, I like Jeff's advice.

I don't buy the idea of being told how or when to pray. It depends on the person individual relation with his/her God. I think everyone should do what works for them.

Prayer doesn't have a conventional way. It takes different ways based on what the person has in mind.

Well, I would say everyone has his/her different prayer style. I won't choose any of the prayer patterns because I already have one. Though, it would be helpful to those who do not have a prayer pattern.

For me I liked it and I would say the different prayers come with different seasons and times. For instance, someone driving can pray through meditation.

To be honest, I would not be doing any of them. In fact, I disliked reading them talk less of doing any😂

As someone who’s not necessarily a Christian, I just don’t see myself practicing a lot of tips drop the book, much less the prayers.

I believe it all depends on the individual and how prayer makes them feel more at ease and connected. Like I prefer to memorize scripture and apply it in prayer, I also like to pray throughout the day while giving thanks for my blessings.

I believe in the importance of prayers. However, as a non-Christian, naturally I wouldn't use the prayers mentioned in the book.

i think is prayers would be help to newbies or those who don't know to pray.
personally, i think prayers don't have a particular way it should be done. It depends on your relationship and how you communicate with your God.
