Chapter 7 was the most helpful to me.... it was titled "advocate for yourself." You are deserving of the best! We demonstrate that we can advocate for ourselves when we conduct research and share our feelings with doctors and others.

While the information might not be new, it is still a great idea to have all of this in one place in case an emergency happens.
Likewise, my favorite chapter too is the emergency plan. Because I was able to understand what I knew better.

This was my favourite chapter too. I was even blown by the quote as a title. It was a wonderful chapter on how one should take charge of themselves and make sure you clarify things to doctors. Let them know what you like and what you do not course at the end of the day you should get a proper care.

Seventh chapter, which covered self-advocacy, was my favorite. This, in my opinion, is really crucial. Even if this doesn't always make the healthcare professional pleased, we need to do our homework and figure out what is best for us.

The two chapters that I found to be the most helpful were chapters 7 and 11 because, respectively, it is crucial to advocate for yourself and there is a lot of fresh knowledge that people in the healthcare system are unaware of.

The best chapter is chapter 7. “Advocate for yourself.” In the end, we all take responsibility for our actions.

I agree with you chapter 11 was the most useful chapter for me. Planning for emergency is not always easy. That chapter gave an insight of what it is about and I enjoyed reading about.

I found every bit of information useful, I liked reading every part of the book and I can't pinpoint any particularly useful part of the book.

I enjoyed the discussion on self-advocacy in chapter seven. This is crucial, in my opinion. Even if this doesn't always satisfy the healthcare practitioner, we must conduct our own research and determine what is best for us.

Like many other people, I found Chapter 11 to be the most useful because it covered the basics for an emergency plan, something that I do not currently have prepared! So that chapter was a good reminder to get an emergency plan ready just in case something happens. I think many people do not have an emergency plan prepared either, so I think that Chapter 11 is a pretty essential chapter for almost every reader!
