Which chapter is the most useful?

Chapter 7 was the most helpful to me.... it was titled "advocate for yourself." You are deserving of the best! We demonstrate that we can advocate for ourselves when we conduct research and share our feelings with doctors and others.

Dr. Regis covers quite a bit of information in this short book. Which chapter did you find the most useful? For me, I think it was chapter 11, Emergency Plan. While the information might not be new, it is still a great idea to have all of this in one place in case an emergency happens.

Likewise, my favorite chapter too is the emergency plan. Because I was able to understand what I knew better.

This was my favourite chapter too. I was even blown by the quote as a title. It was a wonderful chapter on how one should take charge of themselves and make sure you clarify things to doctors. Let them know what you like and what you do not course at the end of the day you should get a proper care.
