Like many people here, I too found chapter 7 to be the most useful. It made me think seriously about advocating for myself. It may not always please the doctors but this is really useful in avoiding problems ahead of time.

I agree with those that chose Chapter 7 as their most helpful chapter, which discusses advocating for yourself. Unfortunately, I am in a situation presently where my health care provider is too busy to see me. However, I am not settling and seeking alternative means to get answers. This chapter validated I am doing the right thing.

Chapter 7 was the best for me. The information there were truly insightful and new. I found them quite useful as I barely knew anything about the healthcare sector before now.

Chapter 7 speaks to advocating for yourself. And by that, i think when we are honest with our doctors to detail all our ill signs and symptoms then we can get the best help we need to recover.

For me, it was Chapter 7. My current physician often dismisses my concern of a recurrence, even though I've been diagnosed with breast cancer twice. After reading that chapter, I'm thinking of finding a new PCP.

Though the entire book is pretty informative but my favorite chapter is 11 as it reveals the emergency hack. However, the information is not new to all but it describes how important it is to have an emergency plan and also it revised certain strategies one can adopt during emergencies.

Chap 7 was my best, it explained to us how we should put our health in our best interest and the effect we would see it have. Most times, we put place other things as a priority but not our health. Chap 7 helps us to remove that mentality.

I like chapter 7 because you need to advocate yourself to the doctors so they will know what illness do you have, so they could find the appropriate measures.

I found chapters 13 and 14 very interesting. It talks about insurance which is the main reason many people can't afford good healthcare.

I enjoyed chapter 11 because it has to do with events one is not prepared for. So in case of an emergency, the author has given tips that will help us.

Chapter 11 is my favorite and most useful in my sight. I was able to gain knowledge about emergency plan because we don't expect unhealthy moments but they do come. when? we can't tell. This helps to know how getting emergency plan would go a long in giving ultimate health benefits

For me, I loved the chapters where she talked about insurance which are chapters 13, 14, and 15. Though it wasn't new to me I was able to understand the concept of insurance so well.

I found chapter 11 the most fascinating. The author shared a powerful checklist that would help prevent most of these reoccurring medical errors. I really loved that chapter.

Chapter 11 was most appealing to me because the emergency is not something we plan for so in a situation of emergency what are we to do? I learned alot from this chapter.
