I'm used to pictured being at the end of the book so I don't really see anything wrong with it. It's actually organized too. Besides, the fact that she put descriptions under the picture should be enough, my memory would bring back what happened while she took that picture. Having pictures in between pages might be distracting.

The photographs at the end of the book were a pleasant surprise for me and a fitting way to end the book. I believe that including pictures with the text would have been quite distracting because some of them depicted the author's illness at the time.

I concur with your viewpoint! While reading about something, I like to glance at the photos or comprehend the text's references. I can understand it better now.

I appreciate the way she did it. It was like the summary of the book with images to explain better.

Though I did not see the pictures coming, it took me by surprise. I still feel like it would be more appreciated when it within the book with respect to the event that matches it

I love that the pictures were included in the book, it didn't really matter to me if the pictures were included at the beginning or end of the book

In order to give the picture the proper context and aid readers in understanding it, I would prefer that they appear in the tale below or close to their individual descriptions.

The pictures were very helpful and realistic but its better we have them in the context within the book than lumping all at the end of the book. Maybe the author felt it would amount to a distraction having them in the context but that would have been a better strategy.

I think the author choose to bring the pictures at the end of this book so as not to distract reader's flow in the story if he pictures within the book. However, I did not have any issue with how this book was arranged or where the pictures were placed.

I firmly believe including the photographs within the pages rather than just at the conclusion improves the reader's comprehension of the story.

I would prefer them to be in the story located below or near their respective descriptions so as to provide an appropriate context for the picture that helps readers to understand it better.
