Humans have learned through the years that the human mind has unlimited potential. Every day, we learn that we still have a lot to discover. In The Truth Tuning Toolkit by Steven Joshua, you can learn more about your mind. You'll discover a new approach that says you can evaluate things through your feelings and how you see them. The book will explain points and then give exercises that the writer explains thoroughly that will help you discover new horizons.

What I like about this book is that it tackles a new subject for me. It also explains some of the situations we face in life that we may not understand or even notice. I like that the book addresses everyone and isn't inclusive of a specific religion or belief. The writer generalized the ideas to make them possible to apply to everyone. You just need to have an open mind.

The book isn't an easy read; it needs focus and mindfulness. I tried many times to open the book while in a busy environment but failed to get anything. You need to be in a quiet and focused environment to grasp what you read. The book also didn't feel interesting or catchy all the time. I believe your enjoyment of the book will depend on how interested and engaged you are in the topic.

The book had a new idea for me and discussed many good approaches, but I didn't feel engaged all the time. The book could have used another round of editing, as I've noticed some typos and grammatical errors. Because of what I mentioned, I rate this book three out of five stars.

The book needs people who are open-minded and willing to learn. People who understand yoga will understand the book's approaches. I advise you to give it a chance and work on some of the exercises before deciding on it.

Thank you for the honest review. I can find it really hard to find what to say about books which I only find middling. It doesn't sound like the kind of book for me but I am sure there is an audience out there for it.
