Many people are familiar with the concepts of vision boards and manifestation. Vision boards are a compilation of images, objects, or affirmations that aid in manifesting your desires. Have you ever tried creating one? I have attempted it in the past, but unfortunately, it didn't turn out as planned. Dr. Vijaya Chetty's The Vision Board Book for Women caught my attention with its cover, featuring phrases such as Vision Board for Women, 369 Manifestation Method, and six sections customized for women. This book is an excellent guide that helps create a powerful vision board focused on women.

The book begins by outlining six categories that cover every concern a woman may have, along with instructions on how to use the book effectively. Each category is distinctly defined. The corresponding goals are suggested. The book provides an exhaustive explanation of the 369 Manifestation Method, which includes various stages. The author provides strategic guidance on how to align goals with the categories. The remaining stages are explained in subsequent sections.

In short, she ensures the reader is well-prepared to start working on the vision board. The reader is welcome to use a physical vision board or this book. Once all the materials are ready, the reader can post images and affirmations that align with their goals and work on the remaining steps for the prescribed number of days. Armed with the carefully curated stages, the reader will feel prepared and motivated to start working on their vision board. Read this book to access all the stages in the 369 Manifestation Method.

I appreciate the careful consideration that went into developing the 369 Manifestation Method and its associated stages. I like how the author begins with the reader's current situation and then guides them toward creating the vision board that will help them accomplish the objectives they have set for themselves.

The thoughtfully chosen format prepares you for the steps before you embark upon the vision board-making process. To create a welcoming environment during the procedure, the author ensures the reader is calm and confident. I adore how she skillfully incorporates manifestation by first addressing its crucial aspects, thus making it more appealing. The process gives me confidence that the vision board will be effective. She also handles the challenges and offers scope for evaluation and modification to the vision board.

In addition to making the vision board, these stages ensure the reader is constantly in touch with her inner self. The practice of affirmations, as suggested by the author, helps promote confidence. I loved all the images and potent affirmations shared in the book. My favorites are those in the spirituality and mindfulness section, and I appreciate how all are perfectly categorized. It's helpful that the book offers six categories to work on systematically, one at a time.

I thoroughly enjoyed the book and did not find anything to dislike. Although there were a few errors, they did not hinder my reading experience. It certainly does not warrant any reduction in the rating. Hence, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.

Although the book is directed at women, the author has made it accessible for children as well by using different words to motivate them. This book would make an excellent gift for your group of female friends. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that there is nothing in the book that would dissuade males from reading or utilizing the advice provided.
