Another of my recent reviews:

You take supplements on a daily basis which cannot be absorbed by the body with an excess of processed foods.

It’s approved by the American Diabetes Association, principles set by the medical community and the US government. It has been proven that it’s better for your heart and high blood pressure health than taking a pill. This diet is prescribed by some doctors instead of pills for patients not at risk of heart attack or stroke. That’s good enough for me. Within 4 weeks, you could be a better you!
