The Juicing Diet

Post by CONSTARA »

One of my recent reviews:

Being a natural born skeptic about someone ‘helping’ me eat or live healthier, I started reading, The Juicing Diet, ‘tongue in cheek’. I have to admit, I am now a believer!

We all want to eat healthier and we all know what’s good for us! We just don’t want to waste money acquiring, experimenting with and failing with the wrong choice in equipment. We also know that we don’t like eating a lot of those foods that are “good for us”! Well, there is a combination of foods that is perfect for our individual bodies needs and it can taste good at the same time!

Not only do you get detailed information on what foods to use, it has a much more detailed report of which items work best together and what to add, to make it taste better. What kind of juicer you would need to accomplish specific tasks and why! Even thrifty ways to use by-products! I’m hooked!

Wow sounds interesting! But did you actually make any of the juices? And if so, what's your favourite?

They had suggestions, however, you never have what they call for in the fridge or freezer. But, the idea of mixing fruit with certain of the (less tasty). Favorites: Plums/grapefruit/romaine lettuce & pomegranate And the treat: Honeyed Cantaloup/orange/lime/honey Tonic, this is one of the snacks, which I adore. You can mask the taste of the things you need, but, don't like the taste of with the addition of fruit. I hate carrot and celery juice, but, mixed with fruit, it's great!
