Depression is causing a lot of havoc. Suicide rates related to depression are alarmingly high. On the contrary, not enough attention is being given to this disease, as a lot of people don't consider it one. This is a timely piece. Thank you for the review

I agree with you. Depression cannot be discussed in such a short read, especially when you explain it to non-medical personnel. Good review.

I'm grateful for your review because it makes me feel smug about doubting the efficacy of this book based on the outrageous title alone. I now have good reason to avoid this book, if ever I could have been tricked into touching it to begin with. XD

Depression can even more difficult if you are not surrounded with supportive loved ones. I was depress and I am so thankful I have a loving and supportive family that help me through. I didn't know where I am now without their help. My advice to those depress is to seek professional help when problems arise and cannot be handled by self. I am sending my love to those depress people.

Your review is amazing, Yvonne!

The phenomenon of depression is often accompanied by misconceptions, and a significant number of individuals remain unaware of their own struggles with this condition, thereby hindering their ability to seek appropriate treatment. I find it gratifying that this book addresses this issue comprehensively, as it has the potential to positively impact and preserve lives.

Addressing the serious topic of depression makes it rather vexing that the book lacks proper editing. Nevertheless, your review is truly remarkable, and I'm grateful for the insights you've provided.
