I’d love to read and review this book, but it’s showing in Amazon as $17.49 for Kindle even after my credits - I wouldn’t break even after buying and reviewing it. This is one for the library, I suppose! Bummed, truly would’ve loved to review it. Big Ken Rusk fan.
