Crazy Love by Francis Chan

Post by nbarton »

Crazy Love by Francis Chan will be a compelling read to Christians who have spend their lives going to church and "doing good." Crazy Love challenges the reader to follow Christ with a love that moves us into action. I read this at a time that I was pretty fed up with "church" and wondered what more there is to true faith. Francis Chan is a profound author who practices what he preaches and eloquently encourages others to do the same.

I highly agree with your review. Crazy Love will convict any evangelical Christian to live a more radical life beyond him/herself. Chan has a great writing style that is entertaining and extremely informative. He is able to offer a great combination of research information with life experiences. Crazy Love is a great read!

    - Happy reading!

I have to agree as well. I started reading Crazy Love a while ago, and I'm sorry I didn't finish it. A lot of what he said definitely forced me to reexamine the way I live out my faith!

Francis Chan has a way of writing that forces one to rethink their personal convictions. I can't say I 'enjoyed' Crazy Love but I can say it has had a powerful effect on how I view current Christianity and my place in it.
