An intriguing exploration of ancient mythology and their potential connection to historical truths. The book is easy to read, but the mathematical solvings and graphs took some time to understand. I enjoy reading your thorough review. Well done.

In Atlantis Revealed, fans of controversial religious studies can read a comparison of Plato's legend of Atlantis and the "imaginary" continent of Terra Australis Incognita's disappearance beneath the water. It also explores the belief that Atlantis was sunk by a comet, in addition to sharing the investigations of the inhabitants of Atlantis. Uzoamaka's book review was quite thorough and informative.

Thank you for your informative review. I'm glad you enjoyed the book. Though I don't usually enjoy textbooks, this one sounds interesting. I especially like the details you mentioned about the author and his Christianity. After reading your review I have decided to add it to my list of books to read. I'm also glad that he included the maps. I do think they are interesting.

One thing I love about these great Greek philosophers is that they provide proof with facts that are so obvious and not just mere sentiments. Interesting review!

This book also explores the belief that Atlantis was sunk by a comet, in addition to sharing the investigations of the inhabitants of Atlantis. It described a physical phenomenon. All natural phenomena were associated with gods in one way or another in ancient times.

ATLANTIS REVEALED BY MEDIEVAL AND NASA OCEAN FLOOR MAPS & ANCIENT MYTHOLOGY by Riaan Booysen is a historical book that shares a new perspective about places and people. This is not a usual book for me as the writing style makes it look like a typical textbook. I like that the author includes pictures, maps, and diagrams to help drive home salient points. Thanks for the great review it shows that the book contains loads of information and is a great learning opportunity for history lovers. Congratulations to the author on BOTD.

As a person of faith and scholar, I appreciate writings that explore the connections between the two and how they could have existed within the same period. Many people, like myself, know of the story of Atlantis, but this supplemental evidence will bring about new discussions with the authors discoveries. Congrats to the author for having the BOTD.

This book fabulously introduces a reader to ancient mythologies, and the author delves deep into knowing why certain tribes believe their beliefs right? and the beliefs of other tribes wrong.

As an Australian, I've never considered that Atlantis might be there, so already my interest is piqued by this book. I'm very keen to read more. Thanks for the review.

Agree with the reviewer that this book is intensively academic, 191 pages indeed written like a textbook. This author also invokes trigonometry! First time I’ve ever seen equations involving tangents in a OBC book! :)
