This is a great self-help book that advices readers to maintain a health and abundant lifestyle. The author advices readers to keep a journal and plan for their goals so as to see what they achieve and don't achieve. It seems quite interesting and I will definitely read this book.

Well, darlin', based on this review, Live Your Life of Abundance by Margo Spilde sounds like a mighty fine read.
