What a thought-provoking book this is. Life generally comes with lots of experiences and what we make out of it depends on our thoughts and how we see life. I love this analysis, "Anger and guilt come from memories about the past. Fear and worry come from imaginings about the future. Peace and Perfection come from resting completely in The Present." that is in the book.I agree with it.
