Review of God is Willing
The book “God is Willing” by Charlene Murray is a practical and experience-based non-fiction book that explains the author's discoveries through her love, dedication, and obedience to God and His word. The author sheds light on how God taught her to love without fear. The love for God, humankind, and His holy ones is the core essence of the book. The author shares the understanding of God she has accrued. The wisdom to navigate life and deal with various issues is also discussed. God specifically loves justice and everyone He created. The author's obedience to the word of God from a tender age guided her to understand the character of God and also find answers to many questions she had in mind. As you read through the pages of this book, you will be educated about the importance of having discernment about God and all the spiritual beings who have access to us. There are various interesting and noteworthy topics discussed by the author.
The 196-page book contains 39 chapters that extensively cover distinctive topics that make up the whole of the book. This book stands out in that the author meticulously conveys her mind without much ado. I enjoyed the explanations Charlene employed to support her claims about honorable and dishonorable angels and how they influence the thoughts of human beings.
I liked and learned from her analysis of why God allowed sin and destruction to rule as kings before the Lord walked on earth. The argument was quickly settled with her apt statement: "So we, the people, could know the difference between rulers who are for us and rulers who are against us." The book is intentional, informative, and educational. It was engaging until the last page. I appreciate the concluding chapter, where the author gives insights into the scriptures and tries to explain each passage quoted.
There is nothing specific I dislike about this book. It was exceptionally edited, and no errors were found in it. I am excited by the wealth of information I gained through the book. I will gladly rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I strongly recommend the book to everyone who desires to live a triumphant life, especially believers who also desire to be obedient to the word of God and live by the principles of the Word.
