Elevate Your Health by Gabiba Ismail is a book that speaks about having a positive outlook on everything. This book talks about mental health and good lifestyle habits. The book shows the concepts of how the different types of things affect our health and how.

I liked reading this book, and this book encourages and serves as a guide on how to understand the principles and strategies on health awareness. What we learn is that health is an individual's right; however, it is also the society's as well. The society and people around you should be able to create healthy and peaceful environments so everyone can gain good mental health.

The book also explains how important it is to actually surround yourself with positive people and with a positive and consistent lifestyle. The book highlights abuse, stress, and sexual abuse.I liked that the author explains everything in detail and gives information on how to promote physical activities, have a balanced diet, and get adequate sleep.

The only thing I disliked was the use of too many bright colors on the pages and the tiny text. Many readers might disagree; however, I'm not a person who likes too much color when I'm reading books. This book also had many images and diagrams. This book is short and can be read in one sitting. However, the format, contents, and information were absolutely good. This book is free of errors and is exceptionally well edited. I rate this book four out of five stars due to the reasons given above.

I recommend this book to readers over the age of twelve years old. I also recommend this book to young adults and adults as well who are struggling with their mental health and need guidance. This book is motivating and a guide to most.
