I hadn't realized that anxiety disorders are that common. This book seems to be very helpful to those with anxiety disorders, especially considering the high cost of medication.
Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

I especially appreciate the focus on identifying strengths and using them as a foundation for growth. It felt like I was building confidence on solid ground, rather than just hoping for the best.

Anxiety disorders are real. The sad part is that many people are going through one anxiety disorder or the other bit are unaware. I trust this book will throw more light on identifying these symptoms.

An Engaging Read. You provided a clear picture of book's content especially by describing the author's exploration of the physiological aspects of stress with the practical techniques like diaphragmatic breathing and positive affirmation. It's nice to know that the book is reader-friendly, with a 30-day olan to implement the strategies. A Useful Book I believe

Indeed, one of the most amazing statements in the book is that we are the experts on our own situations. This is the most incredible way to empower the reader from the very start as they embark on a journey of exploration and eventually healing.
Many thanks for this informative review, @Standor5865.
