Anxiety is something I have seen people suffer from, the anger and frustration that comes with it is another thing. Great to see this.

The five-step approach sounds like a great way to tackle anxiety, and I really like how the book emphasizes positive self-talk and seeing both sides of a situation. I’ve struggled with anxiety too, so I’m definitely interested in trying out these methods for myself.

The five-step approach seems practical and effective, especially with the focus on positive self-talk and finding balance in how we view situations. Since I've also struggled with anxiety, the insights in this book definitely make me want to give it a try and see if these methods can help me too.
