Review: Leaner Meaner Stronger by Jason Westlin

Post by chstress »

I totally enjoyed reading this book by Jason Westlin. Not only is it truly informative; but I think it’s a faster, more efficient approach, his method uses several muscle groups simultaneously and should show results rather quickly. This will come in rather handy as with all the cold weather we have been having I have stayed in the house much more then usual and added a few extra unwanted pounds in all the wrong places.. Westlin is so knowledgeable that you learn a lot about your body and how it works, and yet he is also fun and easy to follow. I know I’m going to be sore tomorrow, but it’ll be that good kind of soreness where you know that you’re building muscle and strength. I look forward to continuing with this workout, and seeing results. I am so glad I selected this book.
