Anxiety is a feeling that dwells heavily within my generation. So when I came across this book, I immediately had to pick it up and hopefully learn something that would help me or perhaps something I could pass along to my friends. It did not disappoint me. Before I jump into my review, I’d like to provide my rating, which is 5 out of 5 stars.

One of the things I loved about this book is how the author went through each area that contributed to anxiety. For example, they spoke about what anxiety is, how it’s caused, and all the scenarios and situations that typically add to anxiety. Not only that, but the author gave multiple tips and exercises for managing anxiety, no matter the situation. They ended each section with a story on how specific young adults felt anxiety in different situations and how they used the exercises to cope and move past it. Some of the topics covered in this book are how the workplace, school, financial planning, and social media can all contribute to or add to anxiety.

The way this book was structured and written was superb. It was easy to understand and follow along. I liked how it was always to the point and never dragged out. The author did a wonderful job at building a concise and easy-to-use book for young adults suffering from anxiety. This book was so helpful that I know for a fact that I will be returning to it over and over again. It is packed with a plethora of knowledge and helpful advice.

There is nothing I disliked about the book, and there is no reason for me to deduct a star. The editing of the book is also very well done. I only found one error, but it did not detract from my enjoyment of the book. I recommend this book to young adults suffering from anxiety of any kind, but to be fair, I think that any person at any age will find the knowledge in this book to be helpful.

I enjoyed reading your review. The author dived into the theme of anxiety. It is a relevant book in today's society where so many people are suffering from this illness. It's true that anxiety is linked to confidence. The review made me curious and I would like to find out more.

I would love this book! So many people struggle with anxiety, and what they need is a guide on how to help themselves. Since this book is very clear and easy to understand, I think it would be great for people with anxiety. Thank you for your honest review.
