Brandy Gillmore's Master Your Mind and Energy to Heal Your Body: You Can Be Your Own Cure is the perfect description of a resourceful, information-packed, mind-bending gem full of awe-inspiring explorations. This book expanded my mind to various dimensions. I still can't shake off the feeling that more wisdom has been added to me.

The book starts with the idea that our minds are capable of endless possibilities. This is a great way to start books like this because it keeps people grounded on the initial idea, so even if there is a digression, they still have in mind where the book is intended to go. Furthermore, we are taken through where things started going wrong for Brandy. It all began while preparing for her father's birthday celebration; she went shopping for the perfect gift, but on her way home, it started raining heavily. She got out of her car to get water in a convenience store when she suddenly slipped and fell on the wet tile floor. What sounds like a casual fall that happens all the time was the beginning of a downward spiral for Brandy. Before this incident, Brandy already had an old back injury that was triggered due to the fall. From then on, Brandy was thrown into deep research, looking for a cure.

Many of us have heard words from our primary care physician that there is nothing more that can be done for you; I, for one, know those words firsthand. This book quite literally is a light in the dark tunnel of the healthcare world. Before reading this book, I believed that if you believe in something enough, then it will happen for you; however, Brandy believed in getting healing from various practices with every muscle in her body, but it appears belief is not enough. Coincidentally, while reading this book, I watched a series that dealt heavily with using your mind to heal your body, and one thing that stood out to me is how all things and everything are connected to our minds.

This book was really excellently written. I loved that the entire process of her research was documented in this book, including the questions she asked herself. It felt like I was on this journey with her, and I felt every gush of thrill when things started to look better than where they started. There was so much that was learned from this book, and one of those is to allow your mind to function irrespective of the situation. One scenario in this book perfectly explains that, and to know more about this, grab a copy of the book and read.

This book totally deserves the perfect five out of five stars I rated it, and I have no areas to criticize. I also did not find any errors in the book, showing the high standard of work put into this book. This is not just some research book. It is research-backed by years of experience alongside evidence of every notion suggested. If you are looking to unlock the power of the mind, then hurry and read this book. This book is wholesome.
