I concur that the author should dedicate some time on how/why one should make the decision to change. Other wise the book sounds like an enjoyable read. Hope to try it. Thanks for the delightful review.

Wow, this review was so smooth, my eyes felt like they were gliding on water, well done! I like self-help books that are practical with actual steps to follow. Plus the title of this one is downright appealing, cutting across even the best among us. No matter how great we are, we're all still a "work in progress."
