This review is very informative. I read the sample, and it was well written with clearly expressed ideas. Readers with an interest in spiritual healing will enjoy this book, but the subject matter is not for me.

Connecting with nature opens up many aspects that science cannot explain and therefore often refuses to accept. Science has made progress, but it still can't reach the root causes of illnesses. I am interested in reading what the author has to say about shamanism, Reiki, and similar topics. I appreciate your detailed review!

Non-fiction spiritual books are not my cup of tea, but the review is well written, and the book itself seems really noteworthy. In today’s world, we rely too much on modern medical technology—which, while powerful, doesn’t always have all the answers. This book reminds us that there are alternative and complementary healing methods that have been used for centuries, and in some cases, they might offer deeper or more lasting results. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

An interesting book about spiritual healing. The few chapters I read were quite engaging and people interested in spiritual healing and shamanism would find it very informative. Though this book is not for me but I will definitely recommend it for those interested

Congrats on BOTD.
"Embody Wholeness" by Judith Hoaglund demonstrates an association to the divine dimension that many individuals don't consider. It illustrates how to purge undesirable negativity from your existence through energetic cleansing. It gives positive testimonials from users of this technique.

Your review offers a compelling glimpse into the book’s exploration of energy healing and shamanic practices.
I’m particularly drawn to how the author seems to bridge spiritual and scientific perspectives. You’ve definitely sparked my curiosity about this lesser-seen intersection of spirituality and healing.

This review did explain the shamanic method as a means to communicate with unseen forces. Those physical and spiritual realm are mastered by the author.
I would like to learn how to utilized the experience of the author and see how it's works for me

This is no abstract metaphysical tome. It’s laid out clearly with practical protocols, summaries in the appendix and a systematic progression .

Thank you for your review. I read a few pages of the sample of the author's explanation of healing using ancient culture methods. This is not a book that I am interested in. Congrats on the #BOTD.

I am wondering what aspects of the book would sound blasphemous. It is true that there is a spiritual realm and it would definitely be connected with the physical realm. I read a short sample of the book, and I cannot tell whether it is a book I would like to read, though. Many thanks for the review, @ThankGod Onyishi.

This book sounds like an interesting book about traditional ways of healing spiritually. While this book undoubtably a great book, I'm not really the ideal audience for it. However, I'm always up for learning something new, so I might give it a try.

Embody Wholeness” by Judith Hoaglund is much more than a book—it feels like a guide, a companion, and a gentle hand holding yours through the journey of healing. From the very first chapter, I felt that this book was written with love, vulnerability, and deep care for the reader.

Judith doesn’t just teach about healing—she lives it. Her personal stories are not just shared to fill pages; they carry real emotion and offer a sense of comfort and honesty. She shows that healing is not a straight path but a process of reconnecting with parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten, avoided, or silenced. As someone who has struggled with emotional wounds, I found her message incredibly comforting.

One of the most powerful parts of the book is how it links the physical body with the emotional and spiritual self. Judith explains, in clear and relatable language, how trauma can live in the body, and how true healing means listening to what our body is trying to tell us. That made me reflect a lot about my own experiences—how often I’ve ignored physical pain without realizing it was connected to emotions I hadn’t dealt with.

The book also touches on spiritual awareness, energy healing, and self-compassion. Even though I don’t follow a specific spiritual practice, I felt welcomed and respected by her words. Her approach is inclusive and open-hearted. She invites the reader to trust their own inner truth, rather than forcing any belief system. That made the reading experience feel safe and personal.

While the tone of the book is peaceful and nurturing, I admit that some parts—especially those about energy fields and light work—were harder for me to fully grasp. However, Judith’s gentle way of writing encouraged me to stay curious rather than intimidated.

I appreciated the small reflections and practical exercises throughout the book. They helped me not just read the message but actually pause and feel it. The pace of the book naturally encourages mindfulness. It’s not the kind of book you rush through—it invites you to breathe, think, and return to yourself.

In conclusion, “Embody Wholeness” is a touching and transformative book for anyone on a path of self-discovery, healing, or spiritual growth. I believe that readers who are open to inner work will find it meaningful, even life-changing. Judith Hoaglund’s voice is one of compassion, authenticity, and hope—and I’m grateful I had the chance to read her words.
