Kara Goucher's Running For Women: From First Steps to Marath

Post by Katrina Thennis »

I did find this book helpful and interesting but the format was a bit unusual. It was basically short tips divided into categories. I did get used to it quickly and was able to learn a few things that were helpful to my running or provided motivation. In the introduction to each chapter, Kara also shares aspects of her life and training that were insightful to understanding more about her and competitive runners. I would recommend this book to someone who is looking for help with running, especially if you only have snippets of time to read.
