Be Mean About the Vision by Shawn Lovejoy

Post by thomaslaw3 »

Vision makes or breaks an organization. Unfortunately, although most of us start off with a passionate idea of what God wants in us and our organizations, often we allow that vision to drift or to be high-jacked. Shawn Lovejoy has given us an immeasurable gift to help us stay focused and committed to God’s path for our life and the organization we lead. He shows us the obstacles along the way, the opportunities, and the means of making it happen. As he points out, it takes courage to lead like this, but if we don’t our organizations are not going to accomplish what God intended for them. We can continue to muddle through or we can suck it up and lead. Lovejoy shows us how to make that happen.
