The High Definition Leader by Derwin L Gray

Post by thomaslaw3 »

It has often been said that 11 am Sunday morning is the most segregated hour in the United States. The saying reflects the reality that most people congregate with those who are like themselves. Derwin Gray reflects that this is not what God wants or what Jesus died for. The church is to be a foretaste of what Heaven will be where every tongue, tribe and nation worship together. It is Gray’s desire and vision to make that a reality today. The purpose of his book is to point out the need and lead the way. His passion and drive bleed through every page as he pushes for high-definition leaders who build multi-ethnic, multi-generational, mission-shaped communities to reflect God’s glory to the world
