Stopping the Noise in Your Head: The New Way to Overcome Anx

Post by thomaslaw3 »

Worry is a universal plague with which all mankind (womankind too) must deal. Wilson helps the reader understand that this common plague has its value. Worry at its best is a signal which demands an action. It is one way which our mind uses to get our attention and helps us respond to a situation. As Wilson points out though, much of worry is pure noise. There is nothing we can do about the situation or the concern. We continue to mull over the same bits of trouble in our minds moving, not toward a solution, but toward anxiety and panic. Wilson helps us know the difference and then walks his reader through the steps to regain their equilibrium and conquer worry and more importantly anxiety. Everyone can benefit from reading this book, it has very useful information. But if worry keeps you up at night or wells up as panic so intense that you feel that you are going to come apart, read the book now! It will help you regain control of your life.
