Moving Past Anxiety, Low Self Esteem and Depression
By April Salee

The author April Salee has done an excellent job of presenting the reader with a quick read to understanding the nature of anxiety, low self-esteem and depression. The book states that we don’t need to read an encyclopedia to know why we feel being sad or hurt. We know because we feel it.
Anxiety can manifest as fear or extreme discomfort in reaction to current events. Find out the answers by reading this quick read and find the answers to questions such as why we experience anxiety, stress, low self esteem and depression. What are some of the ways that we can deal with our problems. I found out by reading this book some great tips to avoid self destructive behavior. I rated it 5 stars. I look forward to reading more books by the author April Salee. Well written and informative.
